Hi, I'm Claudia!

I have a bilingual and multicultural family, in which speaking in different languages is part of our day.

I am convinced that languages give at the same time, roots and wings to explore new worlds.

Our projects have led us to migrate to France, and I want to share with other families my love for the Spanish and the richness of this language.

I believe that learning a language is a very useful tool that provides culture, history and skills that strengthen the personal development of our children and adolescents, in this increasingly competitive and globalized world.

A little more about the teacher ...

I was born in Mexico, and my adventure in the world of pedagogy began as a Montessori guide. I worked for 4 years in Montessori bilingual schools and for 17 years in a French International School in Mexico City, as a Spanish teacher in elementary school with students from 5 to 13 years old. At the same school I taught Spanish as a foreign language to non Spanish-speaking students and also coordinated the Spanish section of the elementary school.

I am also a certified teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language (ELE) by the Instituto Cervantes at levels A1 to C2.

I work with children and teenagers, in online classes, as a teacher of ELE and Spanish as a heritage language (ELH), since 2019. I also speak French and English.

Testimonials

"I have had Spanish classes with Claudia for almost four years. She is professional, pedagogue and punctual. Thanks to our exchanges I feel more comfortable in conversation and they also allow me to progress in grammatical mastery and also give me an opening towards the Hispanic culture. The lessons are structured and she has the tools at her disposal that allow her to do the lessons at a distance with the same efficiency as face to face.

It really is very gratifying to have classes with Claudia and I highly recommend her."
